Patricia the Pamlico Puffer

When I moved onto Avon Harbor I used to go out in the fishing boats to pull up the pound nets. The Carolina Skiff would be full of flapping agitated fish. Some were puffers, which when they are under stress, expand. This piece is a celebration of those days on the harbor.
